Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HEAT Interactive products and services, including Trivia Champions, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services Covered

These Terms apply to HEAT Interactive websites, games, and related services on supported platforms, including voice devices, smart TVs, mobile web, and other supported environments. Feature availability can vary by platform or region.

Accounts and Access

Some features require an account and sign-in. You are responsible for account activity and for keeping login credentials secure.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through the same platform or billing service used for purchase.

Deleting an app or stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription. See Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Purchases and subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

• If you purchased through a third-party platform, request refunds through that platform.
• If you purchased directly on a HEAT Interactive website (including Paddle checkout), contact us at hello@playheatgames.com with purchase details.
• We review direct-purchase requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you may have under local law.

In-Game Progress and Virtual Items

Scores, ranks, Brain Cells, leaderboards, and similar gameplay elements are virtual and have no real-world cash value. They may be modified, reset, or removed as part of updates, balancing, or service operations.

Acceptable Use

• Do not exploit, disrupt, or interfere with services.
• Do not attempt to manipulate scores, ranks, subscriptions, or leaderboards.
• Do not use services in violation of law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

All service content, branding, and functionality are owned by HEAT Interactive or licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEAT Interactive is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
